Due to the custom nature of web development services, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or refund, the completed website must not have been significantly modified or altered after delivery. The website must be in its original delivered state. We will review each request individually and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include revisions, modifications, or in exceptional cases, a partial or full refund.
Returns are not applicable if the website has been live and in use for more than 30 days, or if significant customizations have been requested and implemented beyond the original project scope.
Return Shipping Costs
Since our services are digital and delivered online, there are no physical products to return and no shipping costs associated with returns. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain services and items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Services that have been fully completed and accepted by the client
- Custom development work that has been specifically requested and implemented
- Third-party services or licenses purchased on behalf of the client
- Services where the client has requested significant changes beyond the original scope
- Websites that have been live and operational for more than 30 days

Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for web development services within 48 hours of placing it, provided that no significant work has begun on your project. If work has already commenced, cancellation will be subject to payment for work completed up to the point of cancellation.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@relaxuaromain.world with your order details. We will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refund within 10 business days.
Refund Procedure
Once a refund has been approved, we will process it to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. You will receive confirmation via email once the refund has been processed.
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you paid by bank transfer, we will require your bank account details to process the refund.
